Shipping Policy
At Lucy's Plants, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. We carefully package and ship our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to deliver your orders promptly to maintain your trust and satisfaction. We value your trust and loyalty, which is why we are committed to offering a clear and straightforward shipping policy.
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after the purchase date. We utilize USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, and UPS 2nd Day Air to ship our goods. Most products will be shipped using USPS Priority. However, our larger and heavier orders will mainly be shipped using UPS Ground.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final for our plants because they are a living perishable product. We work hard and take great care of your plants before packing them up really well. However, shipping can be unpredictable and rough on delicate items so, when you purchase plants online, you're taking on the risk that comes with it, like leaves turning yellow or getting torn during shipping. Little nicks, bruises, and tears are normal as plants grow, and do not count as damage. If there's any damage other than those mentioned above, shoot us an email at info@lovelucysplants.com within 2 days of getting your order, and send over some pics of the damage. We'll work with you to sort it out. If you don't get in touch within 2 days, we will still give you tips on how to care for your new plant buddy. Additionally, it's up to you to keep track of your order as it is in transit, this way the plant is brought inside right away and unwrapped like the present it is!
