This low-maintenance plant thrives in windowsills in full sunlight and fast-draining soil that doesn't retain moisture. The plant is drought tolerant and hates to be over-watered as it will cause rot.
All members of the Kalanchoe genus, such as flapjack succulents, are toxic to both humans and pets.
